The pivotal key where everything about homoeopathy whether the case taking, totality making, searching similumum , follow-up criteria, patient-centric advice, or lifestyle advice is based on these principles.
  2. B) Moving from two-dimensional- fixed one book, one person, one system, one method oriented homoeopathy to multidimensional integrative wholistic homoeopathy.
  3. C) How to study our existing Materia Medica Remedies, Repertory, and Different types of Materia Medica books at a whole level. How finding the master key (holistic essence) is a multidimensional journey (reading from 8 different perspectives ).
  4. D)  STEPS of simple, scientific and reproducible case witnessing – (taking /receiving) model which is applicable in different ages (children, geriatric) , and different pathologies. (acute and deep pathology), different conditions (in children, in psychiatry, in geriatric, deep pathologies and cancer) and in reassessment.   5. E) Taking the model of case witnessing further is how to apply this model elaborating basic concepts on Specific Areas like 

–🡪 In children (child-centric case taking steps from his book-‘A Wander with a little Wonder LINK, non-verbal children (Systematically designed 5 steps of case taking to bring the holistic totality even in non verbal cases on surface)  – including special and uniquely abled children. 

–🡪In Geriatric cases (where wisdom age centric questions are explored and specific guidelines to navigate and get the holistic totality effortlessly)

–🡪 In Acutes (Concept of types of acute and the 2 steps of case taking introduced)

🡪 In Psychiatry (how to differentiate the disease state symptoms and delusions from the central state/pattern surfacing, follow up criteria and posology in such cases)

–🡪 In Deep pathology and chronic cases  (types of deep pathologies,  specific guided questionnaire to explore deep pathological cases, posology concept)

–🡪 Retakes (How to reassess the case again with the steps of case taking, what are the pointers to make the reassessment unbiased and with a fresh perspective)

–🡪Complementing the whole case-taking model is the introduction to new age specific patient-centric diaries  

And other further topics. 

  1. F) Then the CASE SOLVING METHOD which is divided in 2 steps – 

1) SENSE MAKING

 (It is about discussing the steps of what we did in case taking, what questions we asked and why, deriving the  centre of the case (master key) including other PQRS, selecting the exact tool to search the remedy (mm, rep, thematic, miasm, disease approach)

  1. CHOICE MAKING 
  1. Understanding the integrative steps to search the remedy and understanding remedy from materia , thematic, new research perspective and understanding differential diagnosis from the same kingdom and various other kingdoms) 
  1. FOLLOW-UP CRITERIA: Based on the centre of the case, based on universal follow-up criteria, SELECTING THE EXACT POSOLOGY – based on holistic principles and from the 3 groups of posology available.
  1. C) Patient-centric individualistic tailor-made advises based on the holistic centre 
  2. D) GIVING THE WHOLE: What is his tailor-made design and how this is governing different stages, different situations and conscious subconscious (fear, dreams etc).
  3. F) How to balance his personal and professional space. 
  4. G) Based on his holistic centre some artistic guided methods – advised to them to balance their personal professional life  (right brain advise elaborate) 
  5. H) Giving the patient-centric diary for further follow-ups to enhance the process of noting down the pqrs expressions helping to reach more and more accurate similimum/ remedy and documenting the healing journey at all levels thus acting as a mirror for the patient and a healing tool.

THE SIGNATURE MODULE will generally be of 8-12 sessions each one for 2 and half hours where majority of lectures will be conducted by Dr Dinesh Chauhan and will be supported by an expertise team of academy teachers.
